Pacman may be a good fighter but I wouldnt say it was flawless and the perfect fight for him. He was never tested. Clottey didnt do nothing, he never really tested him. He just turtled the whole fight, he never let his hands go it was natural that pacman will win. This type of fight is what I hate about contenders. If you are not hungry for the belt and not gonna go for it then dont even both fighting in boxing, if you want a pay check get out of this sport and get out of main events. Pacman may be good but Clotty made him look superhuman. If he at least tried "boxing" pacman, and Manny won then I would say wow great fight by Manny, but right now Im saying go manny knock that bum out of here how is he calling himself a boxer.
damn this fight, needs more rounds 12 isnt enough to settle this. Fight is too close to decide but I think Bhop got it, they need more rounds and a 3rd match to settle the bouts.
Its just for me Im not selling it or anything, like I said I bought the dvds off someone else and I collect dvds, I just want to have covers for the cases they are labeled as it is I just want to add it to the rest of my collection.
I hope Roy wins. If he gets wooped by Hopkins who is 45 he hasssss to call it quits even against the non elit fighters that he should be able to beat right now. Roy better start boxing and not show boating like he always does because that stuff will get him Knocked out. Green proved it, Roy was quicker he threw those quick jabs at the start but never attacked him, he planned to counter him, he got caught and beat simple as that. If he does that again he will get beat, Roy has to get on the offensive, use his speed and power and he will get the win I reckon easily. LETS GO ROY
Yeah when he turned down the first fight because of the test I really did think Pacman is hideing something, now I think he really might be on the gear.
Also that sig pic of Mayweather and 50 cent is so wrong, WTF are they drinking? Man up
Dude do you have any Roy Jones posters? Im trying to use them for my dvd covers. Im waiting to get photoshop sometime next week so I can start making my own covers but Im looking at the web for more posters and pics of his fights.
To me I would put him as the best ever. My favourite boxer, but really common, top 20 of all time for sure, if I wasnt biased I would put him top 10 not first. P4P I would say best of all time, seriously I would. If he won yesterday what would that have been? 5-6 weight classes? Its tough shedding weight and he did well. Champs and entertainer he did in boxing what trainers would tell you not to do and he did it with success, thats saying alot. I just hope when ppl mention Roys name they remember his hay days and not the end of his career that everyone will say he was a nobody cause its farrrrrrrrr from it. He made boxing entertaining which needed it at the time.He had character and his speed was unchanny back then. Man what a bad feeling when a boxer retires like this, its my first boxer favourite who is done and the feeling sux.
I dont want him to retire. He did under estimate him like most of his other losses. He hs more skill and speed but he was too cocky and feeling him out and got tagged simple as that. I dont want a rematch but I want Roy to finish his career on a high, end it on his terms. I dont want his fight to be a lose. Its tough to win at his age he is a legend and icon in the boxing world and its sad to see that happen to him.
PS. I hope Danny Green brings more big names to Oz, the atmosphere last night was excellent, loved it. I want to see more big names fight live its awesome, its a pitty we are surrounded by water its hard to make it in the world and draw big names.
Its a pitty that Danny is soooo under rated. I cant stand ppl who use the nation excuse. Oh your not from america your not good enough come invade the states and make it big first. Nah stuff that, boxing is a global sport and I say there is alot of under rated talent out there. Danny is for real and I hope he does take on another big name to silence the doubters again. He trains hard and has class towards other boxers. I sure hope he is the first of many aussie boxers to make a sound in the boxing world because we need more big names to come down under I love watching it live.
