Hey, what's up the bone may be bruised if the difficulty is at the top of the bridge which may leave a "heavy" feeling at the top that lingers for a week or so. if it is in the middle of the bridge where the cartilage is located then it may have been deformed a bit or just bruised as well. In either case you should avoid sparring for a week or so and see if the feeling subsides. If it doesn't then you should have it checked out. Good luck.

Good training. An overall workout, a "spartan" work out. Rather than using only conventional workout methods you are introducing different workouts which will attack your body as a whole and from different "angles". I'm a definite advocate of the sledgehammer and truck tire. Have you ever tried the kettlebell? Look into it, it is the ideal training tool for a fighter. builds both lean muscle as well as your cardiovascular system simultaneously. Stay up.

Not to put Lomachenko down but an amateur world champion does not necessarily equate to an incredible pro career. Chances are he will do well but great is still yet to be seen until he is a couple of good fights into his career. Gamboa to his credit has faced ok competition but he definitely needs to work on his defense (hands down) and he would be a force to be reckoned with.
Apparently he's in a coma but stable now, they thought he wasnt going to make it, but he stabalized and, yes he's a GG champ, and yes you should always analyze the situation but damn when, you try to do good bsd always happens. R.i.p. to jennefer.
, I also saw that de la hoya was paying attention to what kirkland was saying, it seemed as if he wanted to see if kirkland would bad mouth/devalue angulo, but when kirkland ****e good things de lahoya seemed to accept that as the correct answer. Anybody else see this?
lol it's SPARRING! in sparring a lot of the time you PURPOSELY fight a certain way tolet your opponent get the best of you, and you let him emulate your opponent so you can study and prepare. . .
i thought this has been debunked on here over and over again that sparring means absolutely dick in regards to performance on fight night. . . this is a noob observation . . .
That would make sense if it weren't for pac screaming fight me! And getting upset (body language) that he isn't getting his way.
And no, not a flomo, simply an above noob observation
I do not agree with this at all, roach would be an ideal fit even though that would not happen and so many fighters in roach's stable I would not agree to that pairing either. Who else is there that would ve a good fit?
