I will try to explain it to you much clearer, 3 months window of training is it, if the testing is only for that 3 months, then they do know. Whats the point of random testing, if they cant be tested RANDOMLY before they start their ANNOUNCED SCHEDULED training. Knowing the months the test is starting, you dont need to know the specific day the test will took place.
