Any new updates on MAY vs PAC?

Last time I was here, it was before MAY vs Mosley. I just read that PAC accepted the 14 day cut off. So whats holding this two from getting into the ring? He's looking for a excuse not to fight.....and to have every one believe it!

Again, all for fully implementing OST throughout boxing as a whole, not singling one or two boxers out. I'd like better testing in boxing, but fully implemented yearly across the board.
