Its not the reason, Floyd has very long reach for his height which means he will rarely have an opponent with a longer reach, be like saying a 6,4 guy always fights shorter guys.
Haters apply so much nonsense to their dreamed-up scenarios.
You are like Floyd’s personal Superhero. Do you wear a cape?
Emmanuel Steward.
He has perfected the lanky style which is suited toward height in boxing first and foremost. A lot of giants of the past didn't clinch and lean nor use the rules in their favor like Steward taught the boxers.
Height and reach seems to be the most important attribute in boxing. this is also why Floyd never fought anyone with longer reach in his older years.

It would surprise me if someone 5ft 10 don't become champ? Wasn't James toney making noises in the division and holding his own and he weren't even natural?
There’s no reason that there can’t be. People come in all shapes and sizes. Some of those people are very skilled at fighting, regardless of their dimensions. There will likely be another short, squat, tank-like heavyweight once again. And keep in mind, 5’10” is not exactly short, as it is taller than the world average height for an adult male. Factor in a professional boxer’s musculature and you could have a potential heavyweight. People hype about this era’s huge heavyweights, but if he’s faster than those long-armed skyscrapers he could be a wrecking ball to them.
Yeah, after Canelo comes back fully recovered and properly prepared, and challenges Usyk for all the HW marbles
that fight has been in the making for a while

Deontay knocking people out at 214 lb you don’t think nobody else can do that under 225 lb
My mistake, yes people can ko big boys at 214. It's just not many people weigh 214lb at 5 ft 10.
Andy Ruiz is nowhere near the 6’2” he’s billed as
I remember a lot of people saying they saw him around in AJ fight week and he is probably 5’11 max. So there’s your probable answer.
AJ says he’s around 6’4 or 6’5

Yes closer to an even 6' than that height as every time he fights a guy listed at 6'3" or 6'4" he looks too short for an inch or two difference. I would say 6' is the new sub 6 foot heavyweight.
I think Jones won a splintered title at 5'11" and he was sub 200 but he beat a smaller mediocre paper champion and we will probably never see a guy that weight win a championship again either.
The average height is 5ft 10 so you'd think yes. But most 5ft 10 guys aren't 16stone so it will be hard.

I read somewhere that Tyson was measured as 5 ft 11 and a half, but people keep listing him lower and lower as years go by. I'm sure in 10 years time Mike Tyson will have been 5 ft 5. I'd be surprised if there is more than 1 inch between Mike Tyson prime height and Andy Ruiz, who is max just over 6 ft imo. Cash in
"A" heavyweight champion is not completely outside of the realms of possibility considering the amount of belts available. I dont think there will ever be a guy that size making the kind of waves Tyson did again though.
There probably will be. But maybe 5ft10 is a little short. But if you weigh 16stone at 5ft10 why not? But at the height your best bet is to be a ko specialist rather than have to outbox people. Mike tyson was koing everyone.
