Your ranking is based on wins and losses. Manny’s Thurman won elevates him into the top 3 but not the top 2 because he lost to Horn like 3 fights ago. He just beat a dude that was seen as the the 3rd best ww since he was out for so long with injuries and only had 1 return fight against Lopez. Again dude current losses count as well as current wins when ranking fighters.

I'd put Pac #1 due to his extended exploits and latest win which is better than anything recent from Spence or Crawford, it's a tossup for #1 between them until they fight each other.
