How did you score these fights?
Some of these fights I don’t think were even controversial tbh.
Trout.
Official result: Canelo UD.
My score: 115-112 Canelo.
I thought it was competitive but Canelo won relatively clearly.
Lara.
Official result: Canelo SD.
My score: 117-111 Canelo. This may seem a little wide but Lara was far too negative and passive IMO. I thought he boxed well early but then Canelo completely swept the middle to latter rounds.
Cotto.
Official result: Canelo UD.
My score: 116-112 Canelo.
Competitive but Canelo clearly won, dunno why people complain about this one tbh.
GGG I.
Official result: Split Draw.
My score: Live in the arena: 116-112 GGG Rewatching it on TV: 116-112 GGG.
This was a robbery IMO. GGG clearly won this fight and the 118-110 card was disgusting.
GGG II.
Official result: Canelo MD.
My score: Live in the arena: 115-113 GGG. Rewatching it on TV: 115-113 GGG.
I disagree with the verdict but I wouldn’t call this a robbery like the first. Canelo had far more success in the rematch, pushing GGG backwards and arguably landing the more effective shots. However I felt GGG controlled a lot of the action with his jab which won him a lot of rounds on my card. This was a very close and subjective matchup. I feel GGG won but 114-114 or 115-113 Canelo are acceptable score cards IMO, but it always felt like the fix was in regardless tbh.
Jacobs.
Official result: Canelo UD.
My score: 116-112 Canelo.
Canelo clearly won this fight, Jacobs essentially gave away the first 5 rounds before finally imposing himself in the fight. It was competitive but no argument with the decision from me.
canelo vs jacobs 7-5 danny jacobs won this fight

Controversial cards for Trout and Lara, but the right decision. I thought GGG won the first fight, but no real issue with the result of the second GGG fight. It's the recurring skewed cards that make it dodgy but overall, the results have been usually right
Yeah I agree, there always tends to be one card that’s extremely pro-Canelo.
canelo vs Lara 8-4 for Lara who boxed Canelo's ears off. Canelo being the money guy lara would have to ko canelo to win.
canelo vs GGG 1 - 8-4 ggg
canelo vs ggg 2 7-5 canelo
Canelo vs trout 7-5 austin trout. Canelo was going up against mayweather next so no way trout was going to get the nod.
canelo vs jacobs 7-5 danny jacobs won this fight but clenelo is the money guy so no way jacobs gets the decision.
canelo has not shown me anything since getting the crap beat out of him by TBE. he is limited and on steroids but gets a pass due to ethnicity and the money he brings from a demographic.
Another lunatic teenage Floyd fan...

Canelo 115 Trout 112
Canelo 114 Lara 114…..though Lara to me looked like the superior fighter but like you mentioned, fought too negative.
Canelo 116 Cotto 112
GGG 115 Canelo 113 first fight
Canelo 115 GGG 113 second fight
Canelo 116 Jacobs 112
Mayweather 118 Canelo 110
So I had Canelo only losing one of his close fights to GGG (excluding Mayweather). He just has one bad scorecard every fight that in result gives him a bad rep but dude legitimately has been competitive with all his top opponents. One issue is, he's not going to completely out class them like a Mayweather or Pacquiao, but those are two of the best 20-30 fighters of all time.

Of all his fights, I thought the Trout scorecards were disgusting and that he lost to GG both times (and of course, the one Mayweather card). I've got no problem with Lara, Cotto, Jacobs, or any others.
There was one card in that Trout fight that was terrible like 118-109 or something.
Canelo rightfully got the decision but it was a far from one sided.
I would say you’re in a minority with those Lara and Golovkin 1 scores
The Lara score is atrocious in particular
The vast majority thought GGG won that first fight. You’re way off on that one.
I strongly suggest you rewatch Canelo-Lara as well and assess who was actually landing effective shots.
Canelo v Lara: 114-114. It was a terrible fight and a fight of two halves. I would actually say Lara could've edged it 115-113, but he fought to not lose, not to win, so i'd say a draw is ok. If i HAD to say who won, i'd say Lara.
Canelo v Trout: Can't remember how i scored it, but i thought Canelo won 116-111 or something, with the knockdown, or maybe a little closer, but it was definitely a Canelo victory in my opinion.
Canelo v GGG 1: GGG won that about 117-111 or 116/112.
Canelo v GGG 2: GGG won 115-113 but 114-114 isn't a disgrace. Canelo certainly didn't win 7 rounds.
Canelo v Jacobs: Probably 7-5 Canelo. You can make a case for 6-6, depending on how you score rounds 1 and 3, but i think Canelo won in the end.
Trout had open scoring and when they read the first round of the cards he was way ahead in a fight that was even at that point.
Lara may had won the fight but that running style made him loose it. I had a draw.
I had him losing both triple G fight. Good performances but a loss. They were close enough that I don't think that they are robberies.
Of all his fights, I thought the Trout scorecards were disgusting and that he lost to GG both times (and of course, the one Mayweather card). I've got no problem with Lara, Cotto, Jacobs, or any others.
Dubious is the wrong word. He beat Trout, Cotto, and Lara cleanly, nothing dubious about those wins. And last night he clearly beat Jacobs, nothing even remotely controversial about that.
So it's the GGG fights that are really his only questionable fights. I have him 1-1 in them, some GGG backers have him 0-2. So what? 2close fights that could ahve gone either way and he's 1-0-1 in them, what the heck is dubious about that?
LOL at people trying to make last night sound like there was some real doubt on the decision, it was a clean 8-4 win.
Mine
Won 115-112 vs Trout
Drew 114-114 vs Lara
Won 117-111 vs Cotto
Lost 115-113 vs Golovkin 1
Lost 115-113 vs Golovkin 2
Won 115-113/116-112 vs Jacobs
you can't be giving this guy rounds for just landing 5 punches. that's literally what people are doing for him in the first 3 rounds.
He was clearly landing the more effective punches in the early round last night. Jacobs got completely outboxed early on.
