2nd fight would be Joshua. See somewhere else apparently DAZN have made Wilder the priority for the next big signing. Would like to know what they value him at? https://mobile.twitter.com/MikeCoppinger/status/1100899579514351616?p=v

Eddie Hearn: "I went back to Al Haymon and asked him six or seven questions, of which they gave us the answers. Some were good answers, some were not so good answers. None were horrific answers."
That was long long after, and you know it. Nice playing around though. :lol1:
The offer was made late april, that's mid may. Wilder had accepted a 15 million offer and ducked out of that one too by the time this interview was made.
haha
You are a boxing fan. You should watch boxing matches. You're not a promoter. You have no way of knowing when a promoter is trying to fool you.
Nobody sends a long form contract for an offer that's been rejected. Hearn invented this "they wouldn't send me a contract" excuse after already rejecting the fight.
Hearn never sent a contract until his term sheet was accepted and Finkel never sent a contract because Hearn didn't accept the term sheet. That's how the fight game works.
I've been promoting fights for over 20 years and negotiate fighter contracts nearly every day of my life. But if you want to pretend that you have any idea how this stuff works, be my guest.
Yeah you are just drowning in your own bull**** and contradictions. I'm struggling to believe you believe what you are saying there.
Plus if you are a promoter of 20 years that just makes what you just said even worse. Not that I believe you are one.
I would rather watch this bout than the Tyson Fury rematch. Fuck Tyson Fury!
What does he bring to the table that Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder doesn't bring shit? He's got nothing to bargain with other than money. Hell both Joshua and Wilder could find many ways to get some extra dough.
The fact is if Tyson Fury doesn't win a title soon he is going to become a forgotten man again with his non crowd pleasing shitty boxing style. This fight is for the undisputed Heavyweight championship of the world.
Wilder should just cut his losses with Fury and focus directly on Anthony Joshua. He already gave Tyson Fury a charitable defense of his WBC title and Fury didn't want it, judging by his performance. Wilder doesn't owe Fury shit!
Therefore it's time to move on!
I think that Wilder isn't a free agent and just claims to be as a power move. Now he is backed into a corner, therefore, has to make excuses as to why he can't accept Hearn’s/DAZN's offer.
I doubt he is a free agent too. You cannot reject 15m from DAZN for the same fight that showtime would pay you 3/4m for out of loyalty. This is business but to be fair Wilder doesn’t really have a business Brain.
Ray Finkel said he didn't even accept the offer. So why would Hearn have sent a contract to Wilder in the first place?
This is your own logic. You said Hearn didn't accept the 50m offer so he didn't receive a contract.
Well if Ray Finkel didn't accept the 15m offer either, then how did he get a contract?
If you listen to Finkel, he said they accepted the 15m flat offer, and they just need some comments to be ironed out. He didn’t say what the comments were.
Then Hearn came out and said the comments were “Are we next” which he said he replied to and said yes (Joshua/Wilder is next).
At that point they were looking to put the fight on around October/November as they didn’t want to clash with Canelo/GGG rematch for September. And they were looking at venues Cardiff I think (From what I remember).
Then Hearn claimed after he had ironed out those comments, the WBA then saw another Finkel interview (Where he talked about sending the contract back 6 days later I think), which finally got the WBA to lose their patience and demand a signed Joshua/Pedvtkin contract....(I find that odd to be honest).
In terms of the 50m, I would really like to see the email, Hearn claimed he got a email with a paragraph from Wilder. Stephen Espinoza claimed they send a contract with 3 pages (Term sheet?) but later backtracked and said it wasn’t a contract per say.
I really hope everyone just move forward, going back to all these old stuff is just exhausting.
If you have to deal with drama with Arum and all his nonsense might as well deal with Hearn drama and make more money for your trouble. Because Fury played them at the last moment Wilder needs a interim fight anyway. Sign the 2 fight deal first on DAZN and whoever pays the most airs Joshua/Wilder. You agree a free agent again by the end of the year. It's better then Dealing with Arum who wants all kinds of future fights and will only allow it on ESPN.

LOL. Like that is really what happened. Finkel was just waiting to give Hearn a contract but when Hearn said "PLEASE SEND US A CONTRACT" Finkel said NO.

Joshua was sent a detailed term sheet, which he rejected. Had he accepted, he would have been sent a long form contract.
LOL. Like that is really what happened. Finkel was just waiting to give Hearn a contract but when Hearn said "PLEASE SEND US A CONTRACT" Finkel said NO.
Having Finkel and the fans trying to tell us Eddie Hearn needed to use EXACT WORDING or they couldnt get a contract sent for a supposed 100 million dollar fight is just plain ****ing stupid. Hearn asking for a contract was not good enough for Finkel to send a contract.
You can try to twist the narrative, you can claim Wilder sent a term sheet when EVERYBODY knows there was no term sheet, you can claim Hearn rejected the terms even though EVERYBODY knows there was no terms but at the end of the day they asked for that contract and Finkel said NO.

Even Espinoza stepped in pop publicly with this one.
Everyone knows Wilder and his team are liars by now.
Then Joshua shouldn't have asked for 50 million. He named a price tag for which he was willing to be the B-side and Wilder's team came up with the money. Don't get mad at them for calling Joshua's bluff.
Cant discuss any terms and we won’t meet
:lol1:
Legit people we’re dealing with here.
Only email came from wilders personal email this was confirmed by even showtime after being taken out by Hearn on Twitter
Wilder sent Hearn, Joshua and Joshua's trainer a detailed term sheet. Had the term sheet been agreed to in principle, a long form contract would have been sent next. Nobody sends a long form contract before the key deal points have already been agreed to in principle.

You can’t make a fight without a contract which is what everyone has been asking for ! Fckn hell boy you are fake news
You know very well a fight can not be accepted until a contract is looked over, or else anything can go in it
Wilder ducked Joshua and still does so till today
Team wilder and showtime have been exposed as telling lies when they claimed they even sent a contract the other day before being called out and back tracking
Nothing they say is believable anymore
What was joshua given to sign
Oh wait....
Joshua was sent a detailed term sheet, which he rejected. Had he accepted, he would have been sent a long form contract.
The only hypocrisy was Joshua saying he'd sign tomorrow if offered 50 million and then when offered 50 million, refusing to accept the fight because he'd rather make 25 million at home.
Wilder then agreed to go to the UK as long as the fight was next and Team Joshua then broke their word about the fight being next.
What was joshua given to sign

Well, you avoided answering my question entirely.
If you cannot see the hypocrisy in the '$50m offer' then you are clearly blind.

But you can admit that Robbie was pretty much the ONLY person saying that the rematch wouldn't happen!?
He was the only one insisting it wouldn't happen because Wilder was too scared to fight Fury again and would never agree to give Fury a rematch.
So for Fury to pull out of the fight makes Robbie look pretty stupid since his entire premise was that Wilder was ducking Fury.
wilder fighting on dazn would be the best move for him from a financial sense
but i suspect the rivalry with hearn will make him not want to do this deal
but wilder doesnt have as many years in the sport as he thinks
he mentioned he thinks he can fight for another 10 years
he is an explosive fighter, he requires velocity on his shots. it is not like he is a defensive wizard with tricks like bernard hopkins
he should be seeing this as his final couple years in boxing and if he realised that, he would be more likely to want to capitalise based on the premise its his final stretch and go sign with dazn and pocket maximum dollars
