Wilder refuses to fight Joshua

Can someone who defends Wilder explain to me how he appears on breakfast TV and other places and puts on his sincerest face and says stuff like "I am all about one face...one champion." He uses the words "ALL ABOUT", and smiles at the camera like some tortured soul who can't get what he wants. And he admits that Joshua is making every effort to make the fight "They're begging for the fight". And then he'll say stuff like "I'll NEVER fight Joshua." So I have a few questions: How do you reconcile this in your head, and still support him? Clearly he's a liar, a master troll. But clearly he wants no part of Joshua, or has any interest in being a unified champion. Why doesn't he make an effort to make the fight? I really don't like the guy, for his lies, and his hypocrisy. He has hijacked that WBC strap, and I have no faith in him making a sincere effort to give us all the fight we want. Hope he doesn't rob Fury again, but he'll be out of excuses this fall if he still holds the belt. His day will come, and his phoney arse is getting knocked out.

He's been exposed. Joshua is begging for a fight he knows wont happen because Wilder is obliged to rematch Fury . I thought Eddie told us that if the negotiations weren't done before 12/1 that the fight couldn't happen in April. Something about not having enough time to properly promote it or some BS. When did that change?

And Finkel nor Wilder won't even meet or talk. He has an offer to fight for massive money, a unification fight. There is nothing in the way. This is not a Brit Vs USA thing. Many many Americans are now calling out Wilder for not taking the fight, or even trying to make the fight. It's a duck pal. Instead of banging on about "you Brits" why don't you put some substance in your post and explain how this is not a duck? Finkel has been protecting Wilder from day 1 and is still doing it. Finkel is the duck mastermind here, Wilder is just really dumb and believes anything Finkel tells him. Finkel is being given wonderful contracts by Hearn and telling Wilder they are awful and Wilder trusts his mother Shelly so just presumes hes being played or lowballed by Hearn. When you have a ducking promoter like Finkel and give him a dumb as a turd soup fighter to protect like Wilder who is so gullible then it means Finkel is free to make up any old tales cuz the only person he needs to believe it is Wilder himself. Everybody else is like "Finkel what the hell?" but he can just ignore them, refuse to talk or answer questions and make up any old bull, nobody needs to believe it as long as Deontay believes it.

I just love how Fury came back and caused a massive stir in the heavyweight division. If he hadn’t fought Wilder and make him look beatable..AJ wouldn’t be calling him out again just yet. Would probably just try to delay it more and pull some random mandatories to pummel.

Wilder and Fury are contractually obligated to the rematch. Hearn and AJ know that. That's why they're calling out Wilder all of a sudden. Meanwhile, Hearn is already promoting Joshua vs. Miller on the Sky Sports feed of the Canelo fight. It's not " all of a sudden" though. Wilder been not answering his phone for about a year now. AJ wants it and always has, and has never had a problem making a fair purse with anyone. Wilder has priced himself out. Glad he's taken on Fury though, that was worthwhile

Since Fury really won we should be getting Fury-Joshua with Wilder facing the winner I'd be happy with that. It's obvious to anyone without brain damage that AJ will fight either of them. Wilder has shown that he's a coward and wants none of it. I think Fury would do it but Warren will block it to spite Hearn. Can't believe some people still can't see that Wilder is ducking, it's plain as day.

It should be pretty obvious. Wilder wanted the fight late summer/early fall of this year. He provided AJ with the amount of money AJ said would be needed to make the fight happen, and after that was rejected he kept being offered a flat fee. He moved on to Fury, made good money, and now there's demand for the rematch. Of course AJ wants to interrupt that, but the thing is it could have been him and Wilder making this noise and being called on for a rematch, but he turned it down! Right wrong or indifferent Wilder is taking some vengeance on AJ, showing he doesn't need him as much as he and Eddie thought.

Wilder can say he doesnt want to fight Joshua and its proof Joshua is ducking. Joshua can say he only wants Wilder, has contract for Wilder has venue booked for Wilder and it is proof that Joshua is ducking. You cant argue with the crazy Wilder fans, not all but the noisy crazy ones. You cant win an argument with a crazy person. As for Wilder and Fury, if they want to rematch then thats fair enough, if they want to mess Joshua around a bit then let them do it. As soon as they have sorted out their differences all roads then lead to Anthony Joshua in a bigger box office fight. So those rabid AJ haters can hate all they want but at the end of the day the spot light will always return to Anthony Joshua. Hes as relevant as ever.
