To call one pound a big advantage is silly. Kovalev weighs 188 on fight night which is 25 pounds more than what Hurd weighed on fight night for Lara. Try to get your facts right.If you are talking about how tall he is then yes he is very tall. We all know boxing is divided by weight classes not height classes or Tyson could have fought as a 5 foot 11 inch middleweight. I don't care if Hurd LOOKS bigger than King Kong, his actual factual weight was 163 pounds entering the ring against Lara. Scales don't care and they don't lie.

Very good comparison. He's not immensely skilled but he has some nuances to his game in addition to the sheer physicality and endurance. I like that he changes the speed and power of his punches often and has a good variety. His defense is atrocious though... Just like Marg.

yeah he does seem to be exactly like margarito. tall. lanky. granite chinned. awesome bodywork. slow twitcher, high volume. amazing stamina.
