First off I’ll admit I was “team Spence” tonight… But he never quit (while being whooped) and then on top of that stuck around for the post fight interview. Be honest…how many big name modern fighters would keep trying to fight and then stay there for the interview while looking lumped up. At least he took his beating like a man. Hell he was even mad the ref stopped it when he did.

So we got a couple threads like this going right now with a Usyk vs Crawford thread and a Inoue thread after his performance this morning. Figured I’d combine them to see who most of us feel is the current top guy. I think it’s one of the first 4 options but I included Spence too since he is usually listed 5th right now. If you vote other than say who.

Out of the big 4 at lightweight, (Teo has outgrown the class, Shakur isn’t there yet, and Kambosos is a step below imo), which fight do you want to see the most?

Dan Rafael says team GGG already had a deal agreed to with BJS for if the Canelo fight didn’t get made. So GGG was gonna be in a big fight either way. No doubt that already having that back up deal done was used as leverage in the final hours of negotiating. Billy faked that injury for nothing it seems.

Anyone know what size the ring is going to be tomorrow? I think most would agree a bigger ring is beneficial to Cotto, where as the smaller the better for Canelo. Also, does anyone know if it is going to be a normal blue canvas or black like in Cotto's last fight? I googled but couldn't find anything.
