Rigondeaux hit him after the Bell, it's either a loss or no contest ???
It's ruled legal, KO victory...
This was not very entertaining after those first two fights...
NC was a better call than KO imo, even if Flores was probably overacting and trying to sell a DQ. Can't call a KO on a punch that lands way after the bell, just no way that can be defended.
The whole situation was more entertaining than most Rigo's fights tbh.
This moron would be singing a different tune if Lemieux stayed down from this illegal punch.

Yes they both were throwing but that does not change the fact it all came after the bell. NSAC official unfortunately listened to some guy in the broadcast trailer.
As to what would have happened had the fight gone on....I saw Flores taking a while to get those those long punches launched and that is a recipe for Rigo's sharp counter punching to be effective. The other champs need to step up and all get in with Rigo to see who the best is. I was hoping we would see Frampton and LSC against Rigo.
Interesting that watching from Sky and directly from HBO, both Jones and Pauli, two former fighters, said that Flores pulled an act. Pauli said he could tell it was fake the way Flores fell and landed on the ground and the delay Flores had was suspicious.
They both thought the same thing I did I just heard Jones, but obviously I wasn't the only one who found that funky. Either way fair thing is a no contest that's the truth. Both threw Flores was slow and inaccurate Rigo wasn't.
Rigo hits hard but not that hard that looked like he was out there doing the kung fu move from kill bill exploding the dudes hearts 2 seconds after he connected.

It was after the bell, but he definitely took a dive after contact...
I don't see why a No Contest isn't in order, they both threw after the Bell...
Rigondeaux keeps his belt (Unless it's changed to a DQ) and it's business as usual... The only losers are fans like me who paid for $65. for this...
Those first three fights were not very entertaining, being one-sided...
But let's be honest, we're all here for Ward vs Kovalev 2...
If that fight delivers, the rest is water under the bridge...
Rigondeaux threw a couple of illegal punches while holding to the head. Both threw after the bell. Flores really got KOed by that punch. I would have ruled this as a No Contest. I'm sure people will dissected this with various film studies but i believe if the fight continued Rigondeaux would have won within 3-4 rounds.
Bon Bennett was on mic trying to convince that the punch was before the bell.....
Trying everything they can to make sure they can find a way to make sure that divisions next cash cow keeps his 0
