Not sure why this came to mind, but I recall Likar Ramos taking one for the team in round 1 versus JMM. Does anyone remember a worse dive job in recent memory?

Juanma Lopez vs. Sergio Medina
Medina claimed that he took a dive because of death threats from Juanma's team. Then he retracted his story and said he just made it all up.
But if you watch the fight, Medina clearly took a dive, for whatever reason.
why don't we have our IQs tested and see who scores higher? i'm willing to wager $25,000. you in?
If you don't understand what Phantom means an IQ of 200 is worthless to you. Good luck, with your theory you're boring me now. No need to write back cause I'm tired of debating with stupid
There's one amateur video of a heavyweight weight between 2 club fighters in a lowkey venue and the bigger guy threw an uppercut and the opponent threw himself backwards, even lifting up his feet in the air dramatically. The only problem was that there was a noticeable gap between the punch and the other guy and everyone saw it and boo'd. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
it's called the phantom punch because it was so fast, ringside observers didn't see it.
the video makes it clear that it was no phantom punch. i assume you have eyes? i assume you have youtube? if you still believe it was a phantom punch, there's something wrong with you.
Look up the definition of phantom. I know inner city schools don't graduate the sharpest minds
Man I think I found gold with these TOP 10.. Who ever put this together is my hero!
Kermit Cintrons Dive out side the ring was pretty bad as he just dove out of the ring.
But the guy at 5:19 kills me with the extra over reaction.
Thanks OP for this because I would have never found these videos...
ali hit a perfect punch, on the perfect spot, that his opponent didn't see coming, while his opponent was lunging forward and completely off balance.
there's no doubt the knockdown was legitimate.
is it possible liston was telling the truth about waiting for walcott to begin his count? sure. it's possible. so if you want to question the legitimacy of the knockout for that reason, be my guest.
but a dive? no.
Yea keep believing that , thats why it called the phantom punch and not the perfect Ko
I think I'm the only person who believe Cintron didn't jump out on purpose. I just don't understand what possible motive he could have.
maybe he thought he was ahead as did most that were watching so he wanted to take an easy victory. he obv doesnt understand boxing politics though as the judges had williams ahead so it was a stupid gamble.
malik scott was clearly hit RIGHT ON THE TEMPLE with a clean shot by one of the heaviest punchers in boxing.
those crying dive about malik vs wilder are so ****ing stupid it's not even funny.
Scuba Scott was hit by a pathetic set up punch/slap that wouldnt KO a bum from the alley
Wilder brought his buddy Scott to take a dive and make him look good, too bad Scott is such a terrible actor
funny how the supposedly KOd Scott still had the presence of mind to grab the rope on his way down and stare at the referee with eyes fully focused, the clown was just playing hurt.
Total farce of a match. Ofc you black supremacists and Wilder fanboys will pretend it was legit, though
Does this count?

I always thought Cotto's KO of Mayorga was fishy. The infamous: Cotto hit Mayorga in the jaw so hard he broke Mayorga's thumb. It was a weird ending to a pretty entertaining fight. I'll always wonder if Mayorga plunked down major cash on himself to lose by KO in the 12th.
