Floyd tried to have a retroactive USADA exemption approval after the fact written into the contract and after it was refused by Manny he used and got it anyways without even informing anyone about it until almost 3 weeks after the fight. There needs to be a corruption investigation into both NSAC and USADA.

Why does the NSAC even keep them around amidst all the scandals? Tell them to take a hike and bring in VADA. The agency that is actually more efficient at catching cheats and does so for far cheaper! VADA was the original testing agency when Floyd and Oscar started this who clean up the sport ****. The problem was VADA does their job. They nailed Berto and Peterson and cost Vegas a hell of a lot of money. Face reality real drug testing simply isn't going to happen in boxing. The economics of the sport wont allow it. If you got to a football game and the best player is suspended for taking PEDs that doesn't mean the game is canceled. You still go. You might be a little upset but you still go. The show still goes on. But in boxing? No. The event is basically off and powerful people lose millions.

Haven't posted on this subject yet, too many fl0mos taking opinions way too personally, but a week later I'm still bewildered at the denial...at the very least (the VERY least) I would expect any self-thinking human being to at least question USADA's competence. $150,000 and not a single CIR test, even after Floyd was redflagged for a low t/e ratio. USADA could just retest the frozen samples and silence the doubters.
