These f@gs are standing around pretending Rigo doesn't even exist! Quigg is now going after the humiliated corpse of Donaire instead of Rigo.
No top middleweight will even envisage fighting GGG. ****ing disgraceful.
We are being deprived of seeing the greatness of two of the best of recent times due to the cowardice of their peers, disgrace :(
These two potential All Time Greats are being froen out and left by the way side!
it's a pretty sad indictment of the sport, and particularly this era of the sport. i can't recall any other time when so many challengers were so reluctant to face the champions
Loma and Rigo need to fight and figure out some catchweight... Neither so far has shown any ducking behavior... Loma can probably pull off the win if Arum allows Loma to fight(as it seem Walters might be afraid to fight Loma now(if he signs with Haymon)...The rest of the top at 122 have no intention of fighting Rigo...
Quillen is obviously scared sh*tless of GGG(as he should be, he literally stands no chance)... Cotto knows he not a real MW champion... No one else for him there... Honestly a win over Quillen isn't even that impressive anymore for GGG( no one actually thinks Quillen has a chance).... GGG needs to move up and face Ward...
What's really disgraceful is that anyone else at 122 or 160 is getting paid more than Rigo or GGG... For that there is no excuse...
gonna say ward needs to go up to 175 and fight kov, can't hide at 168 forever.
So prove me wrong.
What price are Golovkin's team offering to fight him? Since you say everyone's scared at "any price".
Andre Ward wanted the fight a couple of years ago. Golovkin's team said it didn't make financial sense and that they needed it on PPV and Golovkin needed a "large chunk of the purse".
Carl Froch and his team have said put the fight on PPV and he'll fight him. Golovkin's team nor HBO can deliver that.
So it seems they can't deliver "any price". Enough hyperbole.
There's no evidence that HBO is unwilling to pay for top opponents for GGG. The basic fact is that none of them have the balls to get in the ring with him at any price.
That is complete and utter bollox. Just hype and mythology created by Team Golovkin.
Yeah and that is completely on the fighters, the Contenders aren't suppose to be terrified of the Champions, they're suppose to WANT a shot at the Champions and what is considered "THE BEST" in their Division.
I don't want to hear about guys "STYLES" and "Not A Draw" and all that BS Excuse they're using. Beating Rigondeaux for Frampton wouldn't be a big win and help make him a even bigger star? Beating GGG who has the biggest BUZZ in boxing at the moment wouldn't enhance your legacy if you're Cotto?
Just not understanding the excuses being used and to make things worst it is fighters who haven't done sh1t in the sport of boxing themselves trying to use these awful excuses
His people said he doesn't want to keep fighting in Japan. I don't understand why, he'll get paid, he'll find fighters willing to step in the ring, and he'd build an audience.
He probably isnt making that 500k Hyde said. Because if he was really getting offered that he would take it in. A heart beat. Still would be cool if he went to Japan and fought there
GGG's team needs to get on HBO about ponying up the money to go after the top middles. Now in Rigos case the networks hate him. That's nobody else's fault it's his own. He brings no TV or gate revenue. The networks hate him. And he wants to get paid top dollar. He brings literally nothing to the table.

Rigondeaux found that he can make pretty decent money in Japan. I think he's fighting there again at least one more time this year.

Enough with the Ward crap. Ward has to get his ass back in the ring and get his tune up fights done before even thinking about GGG. And he should be moving up to fight Kovalev and Beterbiev, not waiting for a MW to move up. Ward is slime.

afraid they will get there face broken by ring god, and not have a chance to hit back.
ring god is ducked , not sure about ggg, not many good fights at 160 for him. the cobra said his a little guy, who wouldnt last with the cobra.
id love ggg to prove him wrong, would be a great vegas fight, thats what the cobra wants.
Froch was saying Murray wouldn't last a few rounds with him, not GGG.

yeah this sht is a disgrace!!!
its the biggest blight on the sport nowdays , its allowed because theres to many premadonna stars and there management not wanting to risk losses and loss of income due to losses , the governing bodies are to soft and should insist on top contenders fighting for titles , its killing the sport guys like mayweather picking who they will fight and all the conditions for the fights is bull**** a champion should fight the top contenders for there title as dictated by the governing bodies , whats happening with ggg is a damn shame , I think Oscar delahoya was the last legit guy to duck nobody and fight all the best in his era.
At this point, Rigondeaux is pretty much doing it to himself. I mean, he got what he asked for by traveling to Japan and received tons of attention from the Japanese public. Rigo's team asked for 500k to face an illegal whaler crew member and receive it, yet claim Rigondeaux is above having to travel and defend in Japan not too long after.
Turns down a couple of Multi Million Dollar deals in the process and calls every relevant fighter out but ends up sitting on the shelf for months on end. Supposedly makes an arrangement to go to Leo's fight ringside with a million in hand to call him out but ends up sipping Mojito's and pulling on his cig in some rundown Cuban joint. :lol1: I don't know what to think of this man. His entire situation is a product of his own decisions at this point and he does nothing but sit around and complain.. sigh.
GGG on the other hand may not be facing the best of his division but at least he remains relevant and is actively showed on HBO. He takes what comes to him and constantly seeks out the better names, he travels anywhere they ask him to and he puts on exciting fights that entice the viewers. Two talented men on completely different sides of the "ducked" spectrum.
This is true man. How can you feel bad for someone that made $750k in his 12th fight, unified the division and earned $500k in each of his next 3. He's grossed over $1 million in his boxing career.
He had multi million dollar offers from Roc Nation and Frank Warren but walked away. Haymon was willing to sign him but Caribe sabotaged that too.
Rigo basically Andre Ward'd his career away.

Good post, Rigo needs a different team if he wants his career to go anywhere. It's either that, stay in obscurity or move up and give up a big size advantage.

Asking Rigo to move up is nuts man. He's tiny.
GGG should move up though but it's disappointing knowing that guys re too coward to let him unify middle!
Yes, I agree, but it appears that's the only way he'll get some big fight at the moment unless he gets a new management team which doesn't appear to be happening anytime soon. Guys like Loma and Walters could easily be fighting at 130/135 and they'd be very willing to face off with Rigo. Sad as it may be, but guys in his division are not interested in fighting him.
