Froch also told IFLTV that golovkin is a small middleweight and wouldn't be a fair fight because of the size difference. He acknowledged that Ward is a great fighter and a fight with him would be very hard to win. He says if it were in Nottingham and he was all guns blazing he might be able to chin him.
Edited title due to incorrect information.
Froch could have all those "advantages" against virtually anyone he wanted. You're not saying anything.
Not everyone is an untested, yet p4p rated MW with huge hype and HBO behind him, willing to go to the UK and take a much smaller cut. That's pretty rare actually, Cobra needs to take advantage of that can't miss opportunity
He doesn't need it but he could be the one to deflate the hype, right in his backyard. And if Froch is not up to the task despite advantages in size, home turf, experience and resume, what name guy would?

Froch is 38 years old and Golovkin is being hyped up as the biggest monster in the sport. He doesn't need Golovkin to cement his legacy. He doesn't need to fight at all. So yes it would be quite something if he took that fight.
Froch was surprised that the bang average Martin Murray was able to take Golovkin 11 rounds

His promoter said Froch just might be sick enough to try. That already tells the story, you gotta be out of your mind to go up against G. He's got Froch asking him, do you really think he punches that hard?

Why don't you post Froch's most recent quotes where he questions whether Golovkin can really punch at 168 or can even hurt him?
Oh yeah....that wouldn't suit your agenda :lol1:

168 can't be that great if #1 active fighter would rather avoid an unproven MW cause he punches like a mule, and most talented active Smw got banned from HBO for all-time runjob vs Curtis Stevens

MW's collective KO percentage is the second lowest of all 17 weight classes (#16) with 56% overall. On the otherhand, 168 is the 4th most powerful division of 17. You may not think it would be no different and that GGG would blow right through 168, but your boy and his management team certainly know what's up. Which is why they will not move up until about 2-3 years when SMW dies down and the best guys there are older. Right now, forget about 168, they know what's up, they won't let GGG's undefeated record get sexually assaulted up at 168.

LOL... who are the big KO artists at SMW?? You try too hard to diminish GGG. SMW is hardly better than MW was before GGG tore up the scene. Of course it's weak now, just like SMW would be after GGG went through everyone(you already have the built in excuse going in your post as expected). Ward is the only complete fighter in the weight class, and he doesn't have power. Pathetic posting.

GGG is not moving up because he happens to be a NATURAL MIDDLEWEIGHT. Something that seems to be lost on all his detractors. He has set a goal for himself, to unify the MW titles, which has also been lost on his detractors, and if the paper champions in the division will grow a pair and get in the ring with him, he will unify the division and maybe decide to make the permanent move up to 168. At this point in time, there is no financial reason for him to move to 168 where the opposition will not be any more profitable than in the MW division and where he will have just as difficult time getting quality fights.

In 2 or 3 years, Ward should have those 2 or 3 tune ups out of the way and be ready to fight.
Childish poster.
When GGG moves up, there will be nothing but excuses as to why he's beating SMW's with ease. The only fighter there with the challenge is the true champ, Ward, not Froch or your Groves types, who only got hype due to Froch looking like an absolute novice in the first fight. Groves gets put to sleep by GGG. SMW would fold just like the MW division.

GGG is tailor made for Froch
Tko inside of 8
Rosado showed froch would have major success
So all Froch needs to do is time the fight for when GGG is sick like a dog and just over spending a few days bed ridden with the flu. And then get his face rearranged and busted open. Yup, Rosado sure showed how to do it. :boxing:
IDIOT. :booty:
That's one of the dumbest things you've ever posted but I guess it's par for the course.
Being number 1 in the Middleweight division is like being the best looking in the Bika household.

Weren't you banned? Welcome back.
Being number 1 in any division is worth more than being 2nd or 3rd rate in another. GGG would make SMW look like current MW or perhaps worse. Froch will never fight him.

As opposed to Golovkin who gets far too much mileage from maybe being the best in a bum ass division?

Wasn't Froch quoted saying GGG hits like a mule and it'd be best for others to avoid him?
Although if the fight was made, you'd have to favor Froch. Golovkin hasn't fought anyone with the experience he has.
He was being tongue-in-cheek with certain comments, that's Froch for you.
Froch also said put it on PPV and he fights him, regardless of how hard he punches. He said Ward would beat him on points if he didn't KO him. He is sometimes too honest but give him the right money and scenario and he fights anyone in the world.
