How far do you think Loma could go? He's already a champion, but how much more can/will he accomplish? Granted, there's not much to go from his pro fights, since he's only had four, but I think he has a high ceiling. He's very technically sound, has great timing, good speed, and a nice punch variety. I think he'll go far.
Not as high as most think. He will have a decent career though, don't think he is a particularly hard puncher either, will count against him as he moves up in weight.
I feel the same way. Kind of like Gamboa
Looking forward to seeing how he does against Walters and Rigo. Gamboa would be another fun fight down the road.
3 great fights I guarantee we will not see anytime soon.
Kinda digging the sparring 2 guys at the same time
Anyhow I would've liked to see him turn pro 4 years earlier instead of waiting to win another gold, then he probably could've grabbed a title at 122. As it is difficult to see him being effective much above FW, since he doesn't seem to have much power for a guy who cranks outs one arm pull ups. Whoever wants a piece of him better do so now, because another year or two of experience might have Loma in contention for a top 5 spot on p4p lists and looking nearly unbeatable. All depends on how his ability to handle pressure develops.
Tremendously skilled guy but I honestly think that Walters could potentially wreck him. Also, he doesn't have much pop at this current weight class and it's going to even less effective as he moves up. Still, amazing skill level on this guy and that could very well overcompensate for a lack of power.
200+ is a probably exaggerated, but he makes 60 of them in this video (1:40), which is a lot :

He finishes his two hour workout in the video by doing ten one arm pull-ups (2:28). The guy is a beast.
That was nuts, thanks for the link.
apparently he can do like 200+ chin ups in one shot

If Adrien ****in' Broner can be a 3 division champion, you really think that Loma can't become one? Pacquiao is 5'6" by the way. We will see how Lomachenko handles the weight, but he is an extremely physically strong boxer, rarely I have seen a boxer with such strength in training.

Let's calm down a moment here. We don't know how he fairs in the higher divisions. He's only like 5'7 so he will have a height disadvantage at these higher weights. And other than salido we haven't seen anyone get physical with him. If he fights a very aggressive physical fighter we don't know the outcome. Let him beat another titlist in this division, preferably soneobe who hasn't fought stiffs (like gary russel) and then we can judge. Walters seems like the perfect test for him. I dare say if leo Santa Cruz wants to stay at featherweight loma can beat him for sure

Hall of famer- very likely
Top 20 of 21st century- I would say it's slightly above 50% chance
He constantly wants toughest fights
Very dedicated
Can move up the divisions
You do need great adversaries to solidify your own greatness- he needs to fight rigo before rigo slows down

I think his accuracy and footwork are what helps him stop opponents. He throws very good and accurate body shots and stopped a lot of guys in the ams that way. But at pro there are definite flaws
