UFC heavyweight Junior Dos Santos appeared on Monday’s "The MMA Hour" with Ariel Helwani ahead of his title fight Saturday against heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez on Oct. 19 in Houston, Texas. JDS says with four months training (one more than his usual camp) he could beat either of Klitschko brothers, Wladimir or Vitali. "I’m a boxing guy," said dos Santos. "I love to box with my training partners and everything but now everybody is saying this, everybody wants to fight with boxing guys. It’s become not sincere. When I say that, I’m sincere." "I think if they give me four months to get prepared, I can beat them. In the beginning of all my camps, I do just boxing. I love to train boxing and I think I have enough skills in boxing. I know how to see a good fight. Four months, that’s what I need." "I did talk to Dana but just a little bit once. It wasn’t very serious. Next time, maybe I’ll do that." How do you think JDS would do vs. the Klitschko bros? With four months training? Here we go again with butthurt boxing fans. Cain beating JDS' ass has no bearing at all to a mythical boxing career. Cain's constant threat of takedowns are what threw Junior's entire game off allowing himself to get hit. It's like saying Pele's spinning kick KO of Vitali would mean Vitali would get KO'd in boxing. agree but jds saying he can beat one of the klitschkos is ridiculous!

Hahahahaha oh man. I like JDS, for sure one of the top 2 best heavyweights in MMA by FAR. But Boxing is the Kitschko's game. No way in hell would he stand a chance. Of course in an MMA fight he'd make the Klitchko's look like chumps, hell in an MMA fight Demetrious Johnson would probably make the Klitschko's look like chumps, unfortunately he thinks he can beat them in Boxing hahaha, NO! Stick to what you know JDS. Before he thinks about fighting the Klitchko brothers at their game, he should focus on Cain.

the only way it would be fair is if the mma fighter was shot and undersized. howbout mat hughes vs bhop thats what couture-toney was it made mma look bad that they would actually make a fight like that That was a pathetic decision by Dana to make the Toney/Couture fight. JDS is a beast to be sure. In the cage or street he would destroy probably 99.99999% of the worlds population. That said, either Klitschko would absolutely and pitifully toy with him in a boxing ring and never remotely be in danger if they fought 100 times.

JDS would get KOD in 1 maybe 2 rounds by kilt, and RJJ would also beat Silva, The best boxer in the UFC is Nick Diaz currently retired and he would only be a C level boxer, due to him being a brawler and cutting easily. I think the reason UFC fighters want to box is the beter paychecks. But they would all get their azz kicked Nick Diaz was Ko'd by horrible former boxer, KJ Noons, in a MMA match,enough said. He was stopped brutally on cuts. Noons was a bad pro boxer,just like Anderson Silva was, and found an easy sport that he could actually win at and become a champion(StrikefArce).:boxing::boxing::boxing:
