YESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!! That's the best thing I've seen all week, following the destruction of Kevin Johnson. Never will we have to hear from Maskaev again!

This is the end of him. One thing people don't realize is that Oleg Maskaev was grossly mismanaged early in his career. At 6-0 he was fed to Oliver McCall who had 32 fights and was just coming off his fight with Bruno(for the title). At 10-1 he was fed to a 26-0 David Tua. Had he had better management his career would have been completely different, but he did alright considering. True,look even at his pro debut,he fought a 21-0 guy.One of the toughest pro debuts ever seen. Still sooner or later he would have suffered KO losses,his chin wasn't good at any point but he does have underrated boxing skills.

The look on his face after hes been stopped always cracks me up but in all seriousness, even in his prime, Maskaev could never take a punch and now that hes slower and older, its even worse because he is way too exposed. I think he should retire after he fights a safe, safe tune up. Hes a had a decent career. bubububuut he beat vitali in the amatuers!!

Glad he got beat, He needs to retire and i hope other boxers look at people like him and realise when to call it a day instead of fighting at a old age and risk unnecessary hurt.

Its sad and it sucks but Oleg has made a lot of money and invested well. He looked old agianst Peter. He needs to retire and keep his health intact. It was a nice career Oleg. No shame in retirement...
