Skill wise, Mayweather may be the best boxer.. but not the best fighter. It takes balls to be a fighter and that's precisely what Mayweather lacks

Mayweather is the best right now.He just dont take every fight but if you look at him in the ring,he's perfect.He does what he has to do to win.Maybe 4 years from now he will have some dramatic fights but for now he's just mouthwashing everyone.He will beat Cotto,Pacquiao,berto and Mosley.... He will beat Pac and Berto. NOT Mosley or Cotto. Thats why he hasnt fough them yet and is reluctant to. Its easy to look good against smaller men and washed up fighters.Cotto will show you how its done on November 14th

yeah we want him to fight bigger and better people, but don't lie to yourself, I know, you know, we all know FMJ is the best right know. The boxing business is whats problem not FMJ. He is playing that game that boxing(business of boxing) has given him and us as fans. Lets see what he does after he beats PACMAN. After that he will have no choice but to fight whats ever left. Mosley is a has was, that fight won't do big numbers like a PACMAN vs FMJ will do. Let FMJ get his money first then see what he does after that. Now if Mosley want to do 70/30 in favor of FMJ. All the saltiness at FMJ is kinda crazy. He doesn't vote himself p4p, or #whatever welterweight, and he doesn't put a gun to a million households to buy the ppv's. I don't see how he is harming other fighters, either. If you don't like him, ignore him ....but why the venom? I suppose the problem that most people have with Mayweather is that he sells himself as the best p4p#1 and has on multiple occasions called himself an ATG, better than Sugar Ray Leonard, Roberto Duran and the like. The problem is that both those fighters were exciting to watch according to the casual fan and Mayweather simply cannot compete with their resumes. If I had to nail down one reason why people dislike Mayweather, it's because of his arrogance. He talks big, but falls flat on his face in backing it up.

I agree, he's the best but that's makes it more frustrating because he's not willing to fight the best. I consider myself a fan of him but at the same time I'm disappointed.
