Its amazing how much you can forget over the years. I've remembered just how good Oscar was, and how blisteringly fast his hands were. Question i pose is: Would Pacquiao have beaten a prime De La Hoya??
At the weight they fought at De La Hoya would kill Pacquiao in his Prime but if they were both to fight at 130-140 it would be an amazingly even fight in my opinion! Its amazing how much you can forget over the years. Definitely, De La Hoya would have beaten Pacquiao at 147 in his prime but history is done already and it was impossible for De La Hoya to have fought Pacquiao at 147 in his hayday.
just watching the mosley-dlh fights would tell you what oscar would of done to paquiao's sorry ass.

the answer is pretty much obvious..
I can only imagine Pacquiao overwhelmingly beating dela Hoya in a mis-match because that is what actually happened nuff said. There is no debating reality.
If thats all you can imagine why post about a fantasy matchup? Do you think anyone is interested in your lack of imagination to the point where they were hoping you would clarify it for them?
LOL.
No question at all a Prime DLH at 147 or even 140 smokes Pacquiao no offense.
Whoever disagrees is either really biased or never watched DLH in his prime days.
Prime for Prime DLH takes it in a impressive fashion.

The Oscar that fought tito would have gotten KTFO by Pacquiao. Other than that I see the 140lb version of oscar vs the pac now being a awesome fight. Besides that Oscar beats Pac.

No chance!!
The only reason i thought DLH would lose to Pacquaio is because of how bad he looked against Forbes.

at 147 i see DLH ending it in 4 rounds, a prime DLH was simply a different beast
at 140 i see the same result but i expect pacman to give DLH some problems
at 135 (which is pacmans natural weight class imo) i think pacman takes the UD. DLH always does badly against southpaws and at that stage i think DLH was too green to stay with a prime pacman.
DAMN..that was wayyy too accurate..ahah good shit
