So Diaz rejected Guzman as an opponent? I say smart move. Why get outpointed chasin a boring ass fighter in Guzman around the ring that'll cruise to victory stinkin the joint up like Soto had to? But this means that Diaz is still on the card doesn't it? If so, that's good. And Reyes will make it a more exciting fight. I did remember when he fought kind of scared against Jose Luis Castillo in El Temmible's fight after the Chico wars, but he has bounced back with some decent victories. Castillo seemed to still have a lot in the tank in that fight. Isn't it weird that he got shot overnight after that fight. If Guzman is boring to you, how is Reyes not? That dude is reluctant to come out of his shell and was getting outworked in a one sided fight until he caught Diaz and followed up. Unless his power is the real deal and Juan has lost his real good chin, this'll be a one sided fight with Reyes laying on the ropes getting combo'd up. Guzman actually tries to slug it out a couple times a fight.

He is coming off of his second loss in three fights, and his first ever KO defeat. Lay off him.

Good move, but after reyes he needs to fight Guzman, period!!!!!!!!!! Not unless Joan Guzman actually fights some decent dudes to get back in the mix. I am not saying he is not a good fighter, he should just have to earn his way back the hard way after the Campbell debacle. Also not like Guzman is some big star that could possibly cut in line.

Juan Diaz would have to be retarded to fight Guzman comming off the loss he suffered to JMM. Reyes was able to starch Julio Diaz and Juan is comming off a knockout loss, to me that looks like a somewhat risky opponent.

Is it official? If it is, I knew his management couldn't be that stupid. Joan Guzman is not the fighter you want to fight if you're you're going for a confidence builder. Guzman would have beat him.
