I gotta admit Pacquiao takes this one... all if his fights are guaranteed to be either a war or action packed with both fighters continuously trading punches, so yeah... Pacquiao has probably been the most exciting for the past few years in my opinion.
All of them fighters make the events exciting though I must admit, Hopkins helps hype the fight up, Jones always has an exciting one, Judah used to, Lopez Vasquez and Marquez always have action packed fights I think, Cotto is a hard hitter which makes his fight exciting and Hatton's fans help hype a fight up making the event exciting as a whole.
As for Mayweather... admittedly he isn't the most exciting fighter because he uses his ring intelligence when he fights... however the way he plays the bad guy in all of his fights help hype the fight up and make people tune in to watch him lose... so he also plays a big part in hyping the fight up to make his events exciting.
So there are some good points about all fighters in the list, but I must admit... Pacquiao definitely takes this one in my opinion.
i picked pacman.
does anyone else notice how far people have crawled up his ass in the past 6-12 months??
it's quite shocking!
i think hatton comes second and cotto third!
I guess you haven't seen the fight then. I suggest it if you ever have trouble sleeping.
I swear, Mayweather vs Baldo really works.
I use it everytime I run out of nyquil.
To me personally, from the viewpoint of a Brit it has to be Ricky Hatton off that list. Whenever he has a fight coming up he's all over the television, the newspapers, the radio, it's easy to get caught up in the excitement.
the spectacle of the event is actually better than hatton's performance... especially when he wrestles
Pacquiao is the most exciting fighter. Despite this being a relative subject, wether you like boxing chess matches or brawls you have to recognize this guy always gives his best and make your money worth.

I was surprised with the lack of Bernard votes. I honestly thought people would gravitate toward him. I think we've come a long way on this board. Because he's a living legend, but he's never really been very exciting to watch.
Before the very end of his career it was Erik Morales by a lot. The guy came to fight and entertain every time. Who else would switch stance in the final round of a fight against one of the most dangerous fighters in the sport?
The man broke his hand and still slaughtered the Ring WW champ.
If that isn't greatness, then you're asking for too much.
LOL. I hope you're just joking right?
Not as much as I enjoyed DLH vs. Mayweather. Mayweather vs. Mitchell or the best one was Mayweather vs. Boldamir. Those were Action packed.
Hatton gave Floyd his opportunities in that fight.
lol, jus had to
You're right. It was more of a genocide, an extermination, an annihilation, a complete and utter steamroll.
I guess you haven't seen the fight then. I suggest it if you ever have trouble sleeping.
