huh? Saying ya if he wasnt 7' tall he wouldnt have won those fights makes NO sense to me at all. Any attribute a fighter has is who he is! Its like saying if Roy Jones wasnt fast he wouldn't of won! or if Foreman didnt hit hard. Or if David Tua wasnt so short and fat he'd be really good or if Oscar hesa Homo wasn't gay... You cant change the facts... His problem is that he doesnt fight like 7' 4" he fights DOWN to the smaller guy and doesnt crush people. I wish he did!

ok a civil picture... so where's the steamy hot pictures of these two? i want to see something get ripped apart... :banana: nah.. heavyweight fights do not have it anymore, lighter divisions are more to the taste of fans. if its heavy weight fights its MMA.. :cool2: heavyweights in mma suck too. tim sylvia was champion once for god's sake. i can't wait for the gracies to come back into the picture. Barett is about to fight Tye Fields who is 6'6 I dont hear anyone crying foul over the size advantage. Its ironic because in his loss Ruslan pushed Valuev around and into corners. And like i said he doesnt have explosive knockout power. The dude actually boxes his way to a win. Have you seen Shaq fight?? For a 7ft 300lb dude he punches like a girl well i'm done discussing nicolay. he's not worth much discussion imo. the heavies at the moment are not as deep and as well skilled as it has been in the past. the fact that nicolay is top 10 in the division is ample proof enough for me.

yes i've seen him fight. not all of them though. saw the ruiz fight and monte fight. i only saw clips of the ruslan fight. it's not that he uses his size to sit on them or push them around. do you think it's natural for a 5'11 guy like barrett to punch at a 7'1 guy? how much power does a fighter lose punching at his height? how much harder is it to get in and out boxing a 7 footer with that kind of reach advantage? manny is #1 p4p right now. if he loses to jermain taylor does that mean jermain is a better boxer? put shaq in the ring and teach him to jab and block and i bet you he decisions his fair share of heavyweights. make valuev 6'5 instead of 7'1 and he doesn't win those fights. he's a circus attraction. nothing more. he's improving his skills a bit but still he's not a world class fighter. but keep in mind the heavyweight division has very few of those...... a lot of those names are past prime as well and old. most of the names never even had a prime.
