since when is chico black? his pops was Columbian and his mom was Mexican. Isn't Miranda Columbian? Isn't he black? A lot of people consider Tiger Woods black, and he's not even half. By his own account he says if you want to call him one thing, he's asian.

I always wondered that. My guess was always that he was Mexican and Black since he was from California.
