what happens next????
do any of you actually believe Ruiz, Byrd or Brewster are going to step up and put their belt of the line to unify, i really dont think so....
what happens???
also, if Wlad beats Peter. hypothetically could byrd choose to put his belt on the line to fight a unification instead of fighting wlad?? id be upset if that happened, half the reason i want wlad to win so bad is to see him kick byrds chump change ass.
im pretty sure he will fight lamon unless!!! brewster loses to sirgay likeasandwhich then we all know vitali would fight him cause it be in germany
Last I checked
Brewster is to fighting Krasniqi (Sept 23rd) and
Lyakhovich is fighting Beck on Showtime (Sept 3rd)

I think Rahman fought like a pussy against Barrett because he was afraid of getting cut (which he did anyway) so that it would not joepardize his chances of fighting Vitali. I still think Vitali should train hard and not look at the tape of this last fight and just go out and destroy Rahman and just put a stamp on his name as the best out there.

Do you mean Luan Krasniqi?

Vitali will beat Rahman, but Rock is overrated, so I dont think the victory will be that significant. Brewster has the best chance of the other HW's to beat Vitali, but it's only a puncher's chance, nothing more.
well this is the thought i dread..........the division is that shocking at the moment that there in no fighter out there to make an interesting challenge.
the cruiserweight division seems more interesting at the moment.
why do some ppl hold so much hope in toney? yeah, he's tough and pretty slick for not getting on the bike. but i just don't see him as a great boxer at heavy nor does he have the pop to ko most top fiver heavies. this, of course, is just my opinion. but toney hasn't shown me much at heavyweight yet to believe he can hang in there with you're vitalis, byrds, and even pure sluggers like peter. i was really hoping for a toney/wlad showdown, but wlad/peter seems just as good.
now toney's fighting freakin' guinn? and he talks shit about vitali's opponents?
btw, much would have rather saw toney/rachman for the title mandatory. at least somebody would've had to shut their mouth.
After seeing Rahman's last fight I would definitly have to give Klitchko an edge when they fight. So after that, Personally I would rather take a bullet to the head than see Ruiz/Klitchko. Byrd/Klitchko I think would be easy work for Vitali. So out of the titleholders the only match-up I would care to see is Brewster-Klitchko, if Brew is finally serious about his career it could be a nice match-up.
I just can't see Wlad beating Peter, so I hope out of the non-title holders the likes of Peter, Toney and Brock hopefully (to me)will take on Byrd or Ruiz.
It doesn't look like any of the current title holders are in the rush to be in the same ring with VK. Don King will never permit them to fight VK
I would really like to see a united champion again. I think Vitali needs to go after Brewster to avenge his brothers defeat. He also needs to make up that crappy loss to Byrd. Ruiz should be a pushover.

Well im just saying all this "if" i just think if they both win it'll make things real interesting in the next year and a half. I think its crazy how much the difference of opinion is on Wlad on this forum, thats why this fight is great, put up or shut up. but anyways...... like i was saying
out of Byrd, Ruiz, and Brewster one of them has to step up and say "I'm the guy, i want Klitschko" and i dont hear anyone saying it. if these guys were for real theyd see a unification as big money and a chance to take over the division, if they thought they could beat Vit and even wanted to try they should be angling for this fight already.

With Wlad fighting an elimination bout for the IBF and WBO #1 spot. I would expect Vitali to fight the whoever Wlad doesn't fight, Brewster or Byrd. I would think that they both want to avenge their own losses this time and quite the critics.
If that works out for them, Wlad will chalenge Ruiz last.
IMO.
