The plane that brought him from Los Angeles to the capital of Jalisco to "Canelo" arrived last night at 21:00, but the undefeated fighter came out an hour later, when his eager brother Rigoberto "Spanish" Alvarez was there to meet him to raise it on his shoulders and carry it out of the terminal.
A motorcade waited outside, while the band played the favorite themes of the charismatic fighter, who could not hide his joy. After answering questions from reporters who swarmed to collect the first impressions of the fighter, Saul Alvarez climbed into a van that took him to Juanacatlán, home of Rigoberto, where they waited for their friends.
Roast beef, beer and music enlivened the celebration of "Canelo" that brought out all of the brothers Alvarez. The new world champion showed his dancing skills.
