The WBC's junior middleweight champion of the world, Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (39-0-1, 29KOs), will go face to face with his May 5th opponent, former three division world champion "Sugar Shane Mosley (46-7-1, 39KOs), this coming Thursday, 10 am, at the Monumento a los Ninos Heroes in Chapultepec, Mexico. Golden Boy Promotions President Oscar De La Hoya will also be present.
Alvarez-Mosley is the co-feature to the highly anticipated HBO pay-per-view main event between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and WBA 154-pound champion Miguel Cotto.
This will be the second conference where Canelo and Mosley will appear. The two fighters joined Cotto and Mayweather for a joint press conference last Thursday in Hollywood, California.
