Miura (27-2-2, 20KO) scored knockdowns in rounds five and nine, the latter prompting a mercy stoppage as Jardon was never competitive at any point of the evening.

The fight will take place at the Bodymaker Arena and the card is bring promoted by Ioka Promotions. Ioka came in at 106.4 pounds, while Alvarado came in at 106.8 pounds - both below the limit of 108 pounds.
