Dante Jardon (24-3, 20KOs) states that he will give the fight of his life to dethrone Takashi Miura (26-2-2, 19KOs) in Japan.

In the final stage of his training camp, Jardon of Mexico City does not think about anything else, but making his dream come true - his dream of becoming a world champion when he faces WBC Super featherweight world champion, Takashi Miura, in his country of Japan, the land of the rising sun, on December 31st.

There will be no holidays or celebrations in December for “Crazy”, as the world title fight he always dreamed about is very near and it will be held exactly on the last day of the year. He will get to the bout in excellent physical and mental conditions, as he stated in an interview.

His training camp is not over yet, he will still train this week and the next one before traveling to Tokyo to face Miura, who has consecutively defeated two Mexicans, Gamaliel Diaz (by KO) and Sergio Thompson (by decision).

“Physically and mentally a feel very good, we are finishing a great training camp, we feel very strong in all aspects. During these last days we will keep boxing, working a lot on speed in order to punch very fast with both hands, which is a point we look forward to being favorable to us in the ring," said the challenger to the green and gold belt of the super featherweight division.
