It was my dad's gift on me on my 7th Birthday. I remembered being a huge wrestling and NBA video game fan.

I thought WWF Attitude was better as it had an actual ending.

When I was a kid I called it an upgraded version of WWE War zone.

I created so many wrestlers on that game LOL. I almost had more fun making wrestlers than actually playing the game.

But the Smackdown games from THQ had way better and more simple controls. WWF Attitude and War Zone had Mortal Kombat/fighting game style controls, it was hard to remember all the moves.

I wish I owned an N64 when I was a teenager, the wrestling games on there were better.

I created the Disciple aka Brutus the Barber Beefcake and gave him the stunner aka the apocalyse as his finisher.

wow you took it back with this one. Playstation version didn't come out until July 14 tho.

I remember I had it preordered at Electronics Boutique...that game owned the summer 98 when it came to gaming with my friends

the THQ series were better though (World Tour, Revenge)

True. And Smackdown 2 i created Sting, DDP and Booker T in 2001. The Bubba Cutter kinda reminded me of the Diamond Cutter and RKO.
