    I always thought so too.

I was 17 back then, was watching this game at a BBQ with 30 classmates of mine. We all was like WTF just happened. So unexpected.

I was at home on a Sunday. I was about to say my age but I won't.

If you don't like this sport, stay out the thread.

And you better not be putting down the sport around your granddaughter.

look at this scrub trying to tell me what to do.

            Did you make the thread?

            You ever even play soccer?

            You ever coach it?

You ever sponsor kids to play?

I’ve done all of the above (except make this thread, obviously). So spare me your mundane and oh so predictable bull****.

Just do what you can bro. Again, I’ll do what I want.

Yellow- why you in here disrespecting the sport then?

                  Doubtful.

How did I “disrespect the sport” again??

Rooting for Germany but don't think they'll win tbh - Too many injuries\injury prone players and I just don't understand Lowe's selection. I mean Kevin Trapp, wtf? He's probably not even a top 10 GK in Germany (granted he'll get no game time anyway still should of taken Fahrmann), Hector is naff, Rudiger shouldn't be in that team, Draxler shouldn't be either imo

I think Spain probably take it.

I wonder what the stats are on South American teams winning world cups in Europe. I’m not sure it happens.

I think I’d still put money on Ze Germans even if they have crap strikers

They have Werner, Gomez is a great impact sub, Muller can play striker too. I think Germany's main cause for concern is at the back. Lowe likes Hector as he has experience at the WC but he's a liability (Max was outstanding this season and should of made the squad ahead of Plattenhardt at least) Rudiger is like a typical England player solid for club but woeful when he sticks that national shirt on. Sule is a bit of a donkey too. Boateng is almost guaranteed to get injured, they'll have real problems when he does.
