Any updates on the shooter's motive? How he orchestrated this massacre? Any footage from the hotel/casino?

It's surprising to me given the level of security in the casino-hotel that this guy was able to slip under radar, smuggle in an arsenal of weapons and setup surveillance camera's (of his own) in the hallways. It's very surreal to me
