Was there anything in the ocean when Megalodon roamed it that it couldn't have beaten? Possibly the Leviathan Whale?

Not sure that's accurate. The ocean is huge and there was plenty of things to eat that it wouldn't meet extinction. If it is extinct I don't think that is the likely answer.
