Just busting balls of the import guys since the car has a Pro-Line built Hemi and a Bickel Racing chassis, both 'Murican companies.

I've got a question that's been bothering me for, at least 9 years now, no lie.

One time when I was in the army I was hanging out with friends in a parking lot discussing cars, and when I dropped the term "4 banger" I got laughed at.

Why is it that it's ok to call a 6 banger, a "6 banger" but I can't call a 4 cylinder a "4 banger"?

It's seriously been bothering me ever since. It made sense to me at the time, don't see why it's funny.
