  • Your fav. Steak to grill

What's your choice of steak and seasoning?

Mines skirt steak. I squeeze a lime over it and season it with adobo and pepper.

        Ribeye, medium rare.

Brush it with a little virgin olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Let it sit for about 20 minutes, and then grill it on a very hot skillet for 4 minutes each side.

        Let sit again, then serve.

        Delisioso...

"London Broil" an inexpensive cut that could marinated in Italian oil & westershire sauce. Real simple grill it, char the outside briefly and cook it med. rare! Slice thin and cover with fried potatoes and onion rings
(if your training a salad works well hahaha)
Inexpensive cut and a great sandwich the next day sliced thin pepper & a little salt, with buttered bread Italian, Cubano or French!

Delmonico isn't a specific steak, but rather a way it's cut and prepared. It's usually a Ribeye.

I had a great Delmonico ribeye in Dallas, Texas. A place called Chamberlains, fantastic steak.

I'm a bit of a caveman when it comes to meat. Pretty much whatever it is I enjoy it!
