It happens to all of us man, i remmber when i was in my early 20s, eveything was about going to the football, doing coke, fighting and fcuking, now am in my 30s, i cant be fcuked doing anything, sitting in front of the tele watching the footie with a few beers, is about it.

Its probaly to do with stress, as you get older you start buying a house, car, etc, you need your job more, and everything is about money, also the burd always nagging you dosent help, its totally normal i would say.

Honestly... it's overrated. I'm not an exercise freak - I must be a fugging BETA - and it's a drain sometimes. Like running a marathon.

Last time I did it, I went through three distinct phases:
