I agree. He did give away too many of those early rounds rounds.
He spotted Estrada the first four rounds in that fight. Which is an obvious sign of decline.
His timing is nowhere like it used to be....

I agree. If Devin fight like he did the other night against Ryan Garcia then Teofimo Lopez would crush him.
I still believe something was off about Haney that night. He just didn’t look like the same fighter as he had in previous fights.
We’ve never seen him get...

I wish he could but he can't. It's pointless because there is no money left for him to make at 147. Neither Crawford or Spence would be returning back to the welterweight division.
So right now; All the major players are at the 154 pound limit. They are the ones who are holding all the...

I've never heard him say that! So far, all I have heard him say is that he would like for Garcia to give an opportunity like he gave him an opportunity. In other words; He said he just want to run it back with him. Which is only fair. As a boxing fan I would just love to see those two have a rematc...

It just may be time for Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez to hang up the gloves for good this time. He is now showing signs that he is on the decline and no longer the same fighter when he was in his prime..

There's an easy remedy for that and it is called defense. I don't know why he came out flat-footed by squaring up against Ryan Garcia from the opening bell.
His timing appeared very off to me. He was getting hit with punches he normally never get hits with. He should have been constantly...mgame likes this.

"Sho Yo' Right"! Perhaps, with this loss; Other fighters might be willing to take a chance to fight him now like Teofimo Lopez ...99problemz mgame like this.

I agree. That's too much pressure to put on any young fighter. They tried to do the exact very same thing with Adrien Broner and we've all seen how that turned out.
There will always be only one Money Mayweather. Haney should be just fine. He has a good head on his shoulders and not to...mgame likes this.

Damn! Regis is salty as Hell. He got his ass whooped by Devin and now he is hoping and wishing for him to fail.
What the Hell does he mean Haney is only a paper champion? He was all but willing, able and prepared to defend his title but Ryan decided to not to even bother to challenge him...Afi23 likes this.

While I respect Prograis’ opinion; I am going to have to humbly disagree with it. Devin took on all comers and took more risks than any other fighter in boxing.
He fought Kambosos 2x on his home soil; Loma, Prograis and now Ryan Garcia in order to get what he wanted. That hardly...

Sage advice from Davis. Tank is torturing and trolling Cryan even in victory. Davis is mostly the blame for that new back roll of his. Gervonta has ruined him. Now he is too afraid of getting hit and no longer believe in his ability to take a punch....

I think it would be for the better if Mayweather was to train Devin Haney. Haney's boxing IQ and acumen is limited because he has never boxed before; Neither as an amateur or as a professional.DClefthook likes this.

However, don't you still have to blame his dad, trainer and coach for that? It was his job to prepare his son for that fight against Ryan Garcia?...DaddyGringo likes this.

I congratulate Ryan Garcia on his victory. He had a very good game plan by the way and executed it superbly. However, there was something off about Devin though and I place all the blame on his father Bill. They knew that all Ryan had was that left hook and yet Devin still had trouble avoiding it all...
