    lol i cudnet even do 30k bench press last time i went to the wieghts lol but i box so meh

      My PB for bench press is 364 lbs (165 kg). I'm 6'3" and at the time weighed about 260lbs, now I'm around 245lbs.

      For deadlifts it was just over 400lbs. I can't remember what I did for squats.

      That was from my weight lifting days a few years ago. Not sure what I'd lift nowadays as all I do is boxing training.

          I only just started weight lifting a few months ago.

          I switch up every week but I usually do either:

          8x3 185 on squat or 8x2 of 210.
          8x3 120 on bench or 8x2 of 130.
          8x3 235 on deadlift or 8x2 of 250.

          15 years old and I weigh 135.

              6'7" 230lbs

              bench 185 3 times
              squat 300 with free weights. the B.S. machine I can do over 500 easy
              I dont do dead lifts at all. kind of worried about messing my back up.

              I havent lifted since I started boxing. I was actually was told awhile back that it is bad for boxing but now I've been reading otherwise. I never could figure out how to increase my bench. I've done everything... Maybe its cause of my long arms? I dont know. most of my friends can out bench me but I kill them in every other area. dumb bell press is better anyway and I hit hard with out the weights

                      Drop sets for a couple of weeks and work your back&tris,your bench will explode! i prefer the incline bp to a flat i think it gives you better shape
