how much do you lift in the big 3

    my uncle set records at the highschool that still stand today, he benched like 450 lbs and he weighed like 175, he was on the KU track team also, i dont know what i can bench now its been so long

          I got no idea.

          My friend doesnt have enough weights to go for maximum...

          And the last I remeber was 180lb back in highschool when I was 15 or so weighing 160.


          However my last time on the becnch I did 115lb 400x sets of 20 and 30. In about hour and a half.

            That seems to be the average record at every highschool or something. My friend Albert's dad set the record bench at 460 at his highschool, I'm not sure how much he weighed but he was very strong. He was going to play pro baseball for the seattle Mariners (He has the contract and everything), but he ****ed up his knee and couldn't play anymore. I've heard of a 15 year old benching 400 in Ohio, it was in some news article, he set the deadlift record for his weight class he weighed 220.

              There are some really, really strong kids out west. It's largely genetic but also they are big into football and especially wrestling out there.
