i need to get back on a weight lifting regimen.
i'd cut it out completely coz the soreness was really counter productive but i'm noticing some pretty serious strength loss so i need to get back on it.
the other heavyweight i've been sparring has really been havin his way with me.

know what ya mean, guys I spar and work out with seem to always be taller and bigger. Takes a lot of strength to manipulate on the inside.

One of my few talents is moving heavy **** around. That includes my opponents. I have gotten pretty good at not so much shoving, b/c that's illegal, but just rhinoing them around when things aren't going my way. It's borderline legal, from what I'm told. My early nicknames at the gym were "Crash" and "Dozer."

I'm not just having problems on the inside, it's like if i land, and he lands- he walks through what i throw and knocks me back with his shot. he's got 20 or 30 pounds on me, but he's actually shorter- lower center of gravity's part of the problem. Part of it's also that i'm not really sitting down on my shots, and he clubs like he's marciano.

I got tired of gettin hit and learned to slip and move my head more. Even got a lil Tysonesque with the weaving But Im short for a hw at least the ones I seem to face I have to fight on the inside

I know when I give people those kinds of problems they start trying to get out of my reach My trainer will acutally put me in with people to learn em how to box side to side movement punching while in retreat and such. The ones who give me trouble don't run though the have crafty jabs and excelent technique with there foot work.
