how much do you lift in the big 3

i know its not that specific to boxing, but just wondering how much u guys lift in the big 3

    me:

    bench-185x6
    squat-355x8
    deadlift-315x10

my deadlift, i go real light because of my messed up back. i injured it a few years ago and i dont go heavy on deadlifts anymore.

my bench sucks compared to how big I am and how much chest looks.

my squat im happy and its good because of track

    Bench - 300 x 4 / 3 sets
    spuat - 500 x 4 / 3 sets 600 x 7 / 1set
deadlift - 250 x 4 / 3 sets..... prefer cleans and squats for those muscles don't lift much here.

My lbs have gone up thx to PUnch Drunk's advice appreciate it Punch sure to be adding my bread and butter POWER

        fight at around 220-230
        walk around 240
lazy may get to 250-260 like now 250

Contimplating all out retirement from comp. In which case I would lighten up on the weights and anaerobics, switch to aerobic and lighter impact cardio use weights to tone. May go down to around 200 again.

yeah im not really into the weight training... My style works well cause i've got a big frame with HUGE legs... Not the most muscle on my upper body so ive got great handspeed with all my power coming from my absoultely HUGE legs. I should start lifting in sets of 12+ though.

Don't know my maxes or my 1-set limits. Haven't done a bench press in 6 months. So:

              Bench: No idea. None.

For squat and deadlift, I do a couple warm-up sets with just the bar (one slow set, one fast set) then I pretty much just throw two plates on each side, lock 'em down, and get busy: 6-8 reps for 6-8 sets. The amount of sets and reps really depends on the amount of sleep I got the night before.

              So, I guess that's 195 (2-45's per side + bar.)

I throw 155 -- (1-45 & 1-25 per side + bar) in a power clean. Again, 6-8 reps, 6-8 sets. I no longer do full cleans; my knees can't handle doing squats and full cleans in the same week.

I can probably lift a hell of a lot more than the numbers above, but I've been lifting to build endurance and coordination while losing weight, instead of worrying about bulking up or increasing my max. That's bodybuilder ****. Right, 'Tatoes?

                I don't lift.but I used to do a pyramid on bench starting at 225(2plates)10times.and finish with doing 280 2 times.but that was when I weighed 150lbs and was 17
