very sore back , advice plz (no bull****)

    ive had inflammation there the past 2 years and its hell,could be the same with you. take some time off and do some anti-injurie weight training.

    dont ignore it like i did cause its till there.

      i been on antiinflammtion painkillers for almost 2 years, helps as long as i use em but its far from healthy

            ok guys thanks for the advice , i think im just gonna give training a miss for 2 weeks but keep my back active ,gonna do some squats n get more physio.

                  leffe is in your pic? I have something along the lines of a brodies absess or possible tendonitits, or osteomylitis, they havent diagnosed it

                    There are a few things u can do to help, i used to sleep on my back on the floor with a pillow under my knees to take the pressure away, there are some good exercises try google
