very sore back , advice plz (no bull****)

ive had a sore back for a while now , well i say sore back its in the boney area above my left as cheek , ive been to the physio twice and after it , its great , it was the right side that originally bothered me but its away , when i went to the doctors about it they should rest it for 2 weeks , i did it felt fine untill i done some stretches and ping i was in great pain, i got physio and it aint bothered me since , my left sides killing me , i can bend over to pick somthing up i nad to go down on my knee's , ive had physio on it and it was ok , untill i did some sparring and it been sore since.

is it a good idea to take a few weeks of training and just keep exercizing it.
if not what should i do.
(i dont mind missing a few weeks training , id rather rest now than have it bother me all year.)
    Thanks

I had that problem (or something that sounds the same), and one of my fighters had it a couple years ago. We both got it fixed at a chiropractor. Try it out, maybe it'll work out for you as well.

That are is called you illium. Oddly enough I have a problem there. Of course the likleyhood of you having what I have is slim to none. Pain there is a real pain in the ass! haha what a pun. Try some ibbubrufen or other anti - inflamitory painkillers. See what happens and tell me please

                yeah, thats definately it too.

i used to be con the computer for 3-4 hours at a time and got big back pains...started stretching more and spent no more than 15-20 minutes at a time on the computer and it got a lot better
