is it a good idea to take a few weeks of training and just keep exercizing it.
if not what should i do.
(i dont mind missing a few weeks training , id rather rest now than have it bother me all year.)
    Thanks

ive had inflammation there the past 2 years and its hell, could be the same with you. take some time off and do some anti-injurie weight training.

dont ignore it like i did cause its till there.

inflammation in the illios socrales bone (if that makes any sense)

and for the final time ITS LEFF NOT LEFFE, LEFFE IS A BEER
