Here are my pictures, taken today. Last week i started on the treadmill again, now im hitting the bag, shadow boxing, and doing other exercises this takes about 40 minuets more or less, then i hit the treadmill 15 minutes, then shadow box again for the duration of 3 songs basicly 3 rounds.

So hows everyone else going, iv been training pretty intense my trainer has been pushing me beyond my limit almost every session, and my muscles are always sore now lol..
Iv actually lost weight which kind of sucks because i was planning to gain weight, but it could just be me losing some body fat which hopefully turns to muscles, i have lost around 16 pounds...Comment

If you lost 16 pounds in about 2 weeks, you might wanna stop... You said you weighted 120 at the start... You are about to disappear man...
I been doing pretty good... Haven't weighted myself but I can tell I losing... Had to adjust my belt already...Comment

I used to weigh myself at work, at the scales we had. And by friday i'd lose 10 pound, by monday i'd add about 8 pounds and repeat the cycle. I usally eat a lot of junk food on the weekend and thats where i gained the weight. Don't know if thats how it is for you. I think i lost a few pounds, not sure, i still have problems eating junk food -too much- on the weekends.Comment
