The factory was shut down, everyone fired (or layed off as corporations say!) and the company moved to Kansas to produce equipment and merged with Title.

I recently ordered some pro boxing gloves 10 oz from everlastboxing.com, and have just got an email saying that they have none in stock and that i will have to wait awhile to order again.. everlast are the only real gloves iv ever tried..

So should i also go for some grants or just go to the local shops and try to find the everlast or does anyone recommend any other gloves? also whats some good boxing shoes? price isnt really an issue..

Ringside super bag gloves are supposed to be pretty good for mitts and the bag. They're nice and cheap too.

If you want to spend the extra money go for Reyes or Grants: Reyes if you've got stubby, fat fingers & a wide fist; Grants if you've got long, slender fingers & a more narrow fist.

I still don't think fight gloves are made to hold up to daily training, so I would still say go with a super bag glove for bag & mitts, and a good training glove for sparring.

usually local shops dont carry the professional quality gear. they usually have the cheap versions for less price.

i heard the ringside pro fight gloves are good on the bag.

My Grant 10 oz gloves last thru brutal training for months on end. They are the most comfort and built tough. Everlast 10 oz. are not ideal for long term bag and mitt work. They are not as padded as Grant, and if I was boxing pro, I would rather be hit by Grant gloves for sure. Everlast are true punchers gloves now. But they will hurt your hands in the long run. Ringside bag gloves will last forever, that is true. They are way too stiff for me. As far as shoes go, again Tygun by Adidas are awesome.
