I just got a 100Lb everlast punchin bag, I was wondering if 20 minutes a day will help me any with gittin in shape to fight and gittin cut..Also is it considered a cardio workout cas I lift weights alos, and I was hittin a 80LB bag but started knocking it around to much so i moved up and got a heavier bag to fit my power...
