The way to train like a real boxer is to go down to a boxing gym and listen to your coach every single day.

I'm in Lausanne, Switzerland... Everything is still closed since last summer and until march, boxing and all contact sport banned, haven't sparred since February 2020.

I hear that they're having more liberties over at the USA

as long as your coach knows what he/she is talking about

I've seen plenty of hard working kids plateau after 3 months.

If they were never fighters than what would they have to teach you that you could not get from a book? .......Rockin'

Yea. He was saying he’s seen kids plateauing after 3 months. If that’s the case, then the coaches he’s talking about aren’t real coaches.
