Kalamazoo.. bi t c h I know you fought one of his boys we had this discussion 10 years ago.. where you again acted like you where holyer then everyone and you weren't even a journeyman when you fought you where a bum fighter.
Simply by the way that you write and spell, as well as the way that you handle yourself, I can certainly assure you that I am indeed holier than thou..........Rockin'
I was once a nice internet soul until I came to this place. Now, I give what I get and then add a couple on top. I even may start throwing the sheet first around here, depending on the attitude of the poster. It just doesn't matter to me anymore.
They, the know nothins', have been throwing their sheet at me for years. I say something rude, as they do, and I am called a bully.
I believe that it is simply the fact that I bled in many rings around Detroit. I won some, lost some but always showed up to do it again. Except my last fight. I had decided that I had had enough the night before the weigh-ins for that bout.
Experience, it's just easy to talk about something that you lived..........Rockin'
This thread reminds me of that type of girl who tells you she's ugly or fat but they just want you to tell them how they're not...
If you come in hot with a playful self deprecating attitude, you'd think you could take some form of criticism, constructive or otherwise.
To my untrained eye, your work doesn't look very good at all but it's not embarrassingly bad by any means.
Just to be fair I'm the same age as the thread starter and have no formal training (other than a couple hours learning fundamentals) have never been in a sanctioned fight, and would probably look twice as bad hitting a heavy bag so my opinion is basically worthless but I'll shoot it out just the same since it's a free interwebs.
Maybe one day I'll post a video for fun to embarrass myself
Essentially just shadow boxing is about all you can do with that bag. Better than nothing, certainly.
I actually believe that nothing would serve him better. How do you train actions/reactions on a bag that you have to remember not to knock it over.
Here's a boxing truth. When you are stunned, rather badly, you will throw as you have trained to throw. Believe it or not, training at all on that bag will be imprinted in your mind and translated in to your boxing when stunned. Whether you realize it or not. ......Rockin'
